The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and 47(A) Excise Act.

Having regard to the recovery of 115 liter of the countrymade liquor and the petitioner is in jail from 12.10.2014, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.188 of 2014.
