2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 378 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 109, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner and others accused are alleged to have assaulted the informant with the iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is not the author of the grievous injury. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.12.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11700 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact and also period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned A.C.J.M., VIth, Nawada /concerned court in connection with Narhat P.S.
