2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner assaulted with lathi on the body of injured Girija Devi, on account of which, she sustained fracture injury at her right hand.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that police after investigation did not submit chargesheet against petitioner, however differing with the same, the learned Magistrate took cognizance under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code against all the accused persons including this petitioner. There is case and counter case and both sides sustained injuries. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District - West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 267 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
