2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been found involved in carrying the business of prostitution.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2024 and has clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-XIII/concerned Court below in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 622 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark her attendance at the Gaurichak Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
