10-11-2015 Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody in Bagaha P.S. Case No. 396 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on false accusation, he was apprehended. It was alleged that about 52 bottles of 180 ml. whisky was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is running a kirana shop.

In view of nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner namely Sikandra Chaudhary @ Sikandar Chaudhary be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51365 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha, District West Champaran/concerned court in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 396 of 2015.
