Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
