1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant application has been filed praying for modification of the description of the land in the order dated 18.11.2022 disposing of CWJC no.15637 of 2022.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical mistake, the description of the land in CWJC
Patna High Court MJC No.374 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 no.15637 of 2022 was wrongly typed as 'Khata no.141, Khesra no.82, area 4 decimal, Mauza- Azam Nagar, P.S.-Agiaon (Garhani), District-Bhojpur, Ara'. The correct description of the land is 'Khata no.141, Khesra no.82, Thana no.389, area 4 decimal, Mauza- Dhamaniya, P.S.-Agiaon (Garhani), (Old P.S.- Sandesh), District-Bhojpur, Ara'. It is prayed that the order dated 18.11.2022 be suitably modified with the correct description of the land, as given in this application.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 18.11.2022 disposing of CWJC no.15637 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the description of the land of the petitioner therein shall read as 'Khata no.141, Khesra no.82, Thana no.389, area 4 decimal, Mauza- Dhamaniya, P.S.-Agiaon (Garhani), (Old P.S.- Sandesh), District-Bhojpur, Ara'.
5. The order dated 18.11.2022 disposing of CWJC no.15637 of 2022 stands modified to the above extent.
