The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 345 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 120 (b) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has been arrested as suspects roaming near Axis bank ATM situated at Hisua- Rajgir Road. He further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner to connect the petitioner's involvement in any criminal activity. He further submits that the petitioner is student
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9928 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 of Intermediate and only on suspicion he has been arrested by the police. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2018.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and only on suspicion he has been arrested in this case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 345 of 2018.
