JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are not named in the first information report and their name surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused Sujit Kumar Verma and after recording the confessional statement of co-accused Sujit Kumar Verma, two witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioners near the place from where the dead body was recovered and except the aforesaid materials, there appears to be nothing against these petitioners. Moreover, co-accused Guddu Mahto has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, above named, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
