JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the father of the informant as well as learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 259 of 2009 registered under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police after investigation submitted Final Form and having similar allegation two co-accused have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 47791 of 2012 and Cr. Misc. No. 1321 of 2015 and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P. S. Case No.259 of 2009.
