06-03-2019 Heard Sri Ravi Shankar Sahay, learned counsel assisted by Sri Dhananjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Awadhesh Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

This is the 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Recently, on 03-05-2018, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, vide Cr. Misc. No. 26824 of 2018, primarily on the ground that after investigation, chargesheet was submitted against the petitioner and also the petitioner was having criminal antecedent. Even, in paragraph - 3 of the present petition, it has been indicated that petitioner is accused in altogether 19 cases, besides the present case, relating to serious offences.

The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
