The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 234 of 2014 registered under Sections, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 302/34 of Indian Penal Code. The role attributed to the petitioner is that he caught hold of Pradip Yadav and one of the co-accused Sandeep Yadav assaulted the father-in-law of the informant. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Katoria P. S. Case No. 234 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner will not indulge in such activity in future and he will not threat or influence to any of the witnesses. m.p.
