2. Short question for consideration is whether the concerned respondents have complied the order of this Court

Patna High Court MJC No.352 of 2023(3) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 dated 13.07.2021 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 5807 of 2021 or not.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents filed show cause, during the course of the day, in which he has cited the order dated 09.05.2023 so far as the removal of encroachment after encroachment proceedings.

4. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.05.2023, if he is still not satisfied. He is also given liberty to file I.A. for revival of this order, if the order dated 09.05.2023 is not in consonance with order dated 13.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 5807 of 2021.
