JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(I). For issuance of writ/writs, in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents specially Respondent no. 10 and 11 not to dispossess the position of the petitioner or not to vacate from the house of the petitioner.
(II). For commanding the Respondents as to why
Patna High Court CWJC No.18585 of 2016(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 the Petitioner has been directed to vacate from the house and also form the shop.
(III). For commanding the Respondents as to why they in are keeping the law and their hands and finally pass the order with regard to vacate from the legal possession of the petitioner since regularly and monthly he is paying the appropriate rent." After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
