2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 915 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. One Sampoorna Nand Dev had taken Rs. 14,50,000/- from the deceased for getting him contract work. The deceased started demanding his money back when no contract was awarded to him. The deceased was called to Patna and was confined in a room by Sampoorna Nand Dev, Kartik Kumar and Jivneshwar Kumar. The deceased called his wife and narrated to her the entire story and further told his wife that he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12119 of 2024(4) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 has taken poison and thereafter he died.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioners have participated in the crime because of which the deceased has committed suicide, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
