Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sakra P.S. Case No.501 of 2017, registered under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named the petitioner and others and alleged that his minor daughter was enticed away while she had gone to attend the call of nature by the petitioner and others. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim returned and made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. The victim disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and solemnized marriage in Arya Samaj temple at Delhi. Taking into consideration the facts that the victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping and disclosed that

Case No.501 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
