Petitioner is accused in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 882 of 2019, Special Case No. 11476 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.12.2019.
