JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 By order dated 16.05.2022, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had directed the Registry to again stamp report the matter appropriately so as to ascertain whether the discrepancy found in the header portion of the order-sheet is a bonafide lapse or otherwise. The order confirming the provisional bail of the petitioner was also recalled by the same order. Now, the office has again stamp reported the matter and corrected the position.

In view of the facts aforesaid, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 11.01.2022 is hereby confirmed.
