2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have fired from pistol but no one sustained any fire arm injury and petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the fact that there is no injury caused by this petitioner and clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13138 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. case No. 369 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
