JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed that petitioner and two others were involved in the present crime. One co-accused namely, Abdul Salam is not only named in the first information report but also in the statements of some witnesses recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. The aforesaid co-accused Abdul Salam has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
