Let the defects be removed within four weeks after start of the physical Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that though the petitioner was remanded in this case on 07.07.2020, however, he was never put on T.I. Parade nor any incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is forty per cent handicapped. He is victim of police atrocity as the petitioner is accused in other cases also.

Considering the period already undergone and completion of investigation as well as lack of sufficient material

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19365 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 for further detention of the petitioner as under trial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 1007 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
