In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 269 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from the record that there was no quarrel in between the victim, father and other family members. The father was always asking the victim for her bad behaviour and ultimately she went to her father's house and there she consumed poison and on that account she died.
The counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 14th September 2015. Looking to the nature of allegation, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51686 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 269 of 2015.
