2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction quashing the order dated 17.06.2013 passed by D.C.L.R., Bagaha and also for quashing the order dated 06.10.2015 passed by Commissioner, Tirhut Commissionery, Muzaffarpur.

(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction upon the Respondents not to take any coercive action against the petitioner till the matter is decided in Title Suit No. 118 of 2017 pending before learned Sub-Judge-I, Bagaha, West Champaran.

(iii) for issuance of any other appropriate writ/order/direction to which he is found entitled to."
