2. The license of the petitioner was initially suspended for his having been made accused in a criminal case in which he was granted bail ultimately and was not found to be at fault.

3. The petitioner replied to the notice issued to him, but the licensing authority has cancelled the license of the petitioner without adverting to the reply or citing reasons for holding the reply of the petitioner to be unsatisfactory.

4. We do not get to know anything from the order passed by the licensing authority.

5. For the reason of the vagueness of the order and the order being absolutely non-speaking, we are not in a position to sustain the same.

6. The order is, therefore, set-aside.

7. The matter is remitted to the licensing authority for him to pass a fresh order in accordance with law, giving reasons in support of the decision so taken, within a period of sixty (60) days from the date

8. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
