Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that he as well as other persons had purchased land of Ram Awadh Dubey and the deceased had played role of mediator in negotiating transaction of the land and allegedly, when the deceased had gone to collect the consideration amount, he was killed.

It appears that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 26.8.2014.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Richa Bhargav, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sasaram District Rohtas/concerned court in
