In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2015 for offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 376, 511, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made by the Informant that while her husband had gone to meet the call of nature, the accused persons have entered into the house and sexually assaulted her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the First Information Report has been lodged after a period of 22 days which has not been explained in any manner.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51860 of 2015 (3) dt.03-02-2016 the petitioner, namely, Ganeshi Sharma @ Luchai Sharma be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2015.
