JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 After having perused the show cause reply filed on behalf of Opposite party Nos. 4 and 5, in my view, the order of this Court violation of which is being complained of, has been complied with and no case for deliberate disobedience of this Court's order is made out.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has, however, raised certain grievance with respect to grant of second ACP in respect of petitioners other than petitioner Nos. 1 and 6. According to him, despite the fact that they were entitled to such benefits, the same has been granted. The said grievance of the petitioners is not within the scope of the present contempt proceeding. If the petitioners are aggrieved by any decision taken by the Opposite parties in compliance of this Court's order, the petitioners certainly have a liberty to question the legality of
