JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Perused the office notes dated 06.08.2015, which discloses that present appeal has been filed by the State of Bihar against the judgment and decree dated 26.02.1991 passed by the Sub-Judge, Sasaram in L.A. Case No. 33 of 1988, wherein valuation of appeal is shown Rs. 33,362.14 paisa and as per Government notification dated 03.12.2014 issued by the Revenue and Land Reforms Department (Land acquisition Directorate), State of Bihar, in the matter of the compensation below of Rs. 3,00,000/- in land acquisition matter, the State of Bihar will not prefer the appeal.

Sri Madanjeet Kumar, A.C. to S.C.22 in view of the aforesaid notification seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. In such view of the matter, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
