ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the private Opposite Parties by order dated 12.11.2014 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Nalanda in A.B.P. No.1283 of 2014 in connection with Complaint case No.357C of 2014.

Since there is no indication that the private Opposite Parties ever misused the privilege of anticipatory bail in the intervening period, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. Hence, the application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
