2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ghogha P.S. Case No. 138 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 309(6) of the B.N.S.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed loot in the house of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2025.

5. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused persons.

6. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent under Excise Act in which he is on bail.

7. Considering the involvement of the petitioner in committing loot and materials available against the petitioner on record, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
