JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-04-2017 It is submitted on behalf of the State that the final order which has been passed under Section 6 has been brought on record as Annexure H series which is detailed and reasoned order and further that whatever encroachment has been found has already been removed.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

In my view, after such stand taken by the State and the final order having been brought on record, this proceeding cannot continue and is, accordingly, drooped.
