Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is hereby directed that respondent No.3, namely, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition and do the needful in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months,
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.843 of 2016 (2) dt.01-09-2016 2/2 ensure proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and adequate security is provided to the petitioner.
Let a copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, and Officer-in-Charge, Rupaspur Police Station, Patna.
