JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.3.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing motorcycle, mobile and cash of the informant by four unknown criminals. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner sprang on the confession of co accused Ajit Kumar who has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 23336 of 2014 and the petitioner has not been put on test identification parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51728 of 2014 (2) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014.
