JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and the allegation against her is that she, too, assaulted the deceased with fist and slaps.

No doubt, in postmortem examination, some injuries were found by the doctor but according to prosecution case itself, the petitioner is not the sole assailant rather other accused also assaulted the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, particularly, keeping in mind that the petitioner is a lady, let the petitioner named above, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51825 of 2014 (3) dt.13-04-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Banke Bazar Roshanganj P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 184 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-V, Gaya.
