2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Gaighat (Benibad O.P.) P.S. Case No. 414 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been caught with the victim. The victim in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has given details of the crime. He has said that the accused persons including the petitioner had abducted the victim and thereafter assaulted him and demanded money and mobile phone.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant ancitipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur will take all coercive steps for producing the petitioner in the Court to face trial.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur through FAX for its compliance.
