JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is case and counter case between the parties. It is stated that petitioner gave one Hockey blow on the head of the injured, Sayada Khatoon and thereafter, co-accused, Tajuddin Khan gave Tangi blow causing injury on the head of aforesaid Sayada Khatoon.

The injury report of injured, Sayada Khatoon reveals that only one injury was found on her frontal bone of scalp and the aforesaid injury was simple in nature.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53973 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
