Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased whose dead body was found in the house of the petitioner and several injuries said to be caused by sharp cutting weapons were found on the person of the deceased therefore, I do not think it proper to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sarsi P.S.Case No. 117 of 2013, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea stands rejected. However, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the court of session within four weeks in accordance with law from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order and after commitment, the
