The petitioner, Anil Sah, seeks regular bail in Baktiarpur P.S. Case No.162 of 2014, registered under Sections 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant Ramawatar Sah with lathi. Lalo Sah is alleged to have assaulted Kalanand Sah, son of the informant. Kalanand Sah died. There is counter version. Petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased Kalanand Sah and he is in jail since 20.06.2014. Considering the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for six months, his prayer for bail is allowed.
