Petitioner and co-accused, Vikky Sah are said to have given rod blow, causing injury on the forehead of the deceased and admittedly, co-accused, Vikky Sah has already been granted privilege of bail by coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 13-01-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23273 of 2014 taking note of the findings, given in postmortem report of the deceased. In the aforesaid circumstances, with intent to maintain the parity of justice, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S.
