It
Patna High Court CWJC No.17328 of 2017(15) dt.18-02-2021 2/2 is thus submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that whatever outstanding dues were required to be paid, have already been paid and now, the petitioner is required to challenge the aforesaid order of dismissal dated 20.03.2010, hence, nothing survives for consideration as far as the present writ petition is concerned.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 20.03.2010.
