No.01/2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this application the sole petitioner, Md. Ayuba @ Ayub has died on 18.02.2021 and he has filed the substitution petition vide I.A. No. 01/2021 for substitution of the name of the legal heirs of the deceased details of whom is mentioned in

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.945 of 2018(3) dt.24-08-2022 3/3 paragraph-3 of the Interlocutory Application. After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the nature of prayer, the substitution petition (I.A. No. 01/2021) is allowed. Let the name of sole petitioner be expunged and the name of his heirs as mentioned in paragraph-3 of the said petition be substituted as petitioners.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to convert this application into Civil Revision.

Permission is granted.

The instant petition is permitted to be converted into Civil Revision.
