2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The deceased has been killed by unknown criminals. Subsequently, the name of the petitioner has transpired and he has been seen in the CCTV footage as going along with the deceased. Thereafter, the dead body was recovered. The petitioner has given a self inculpatory statement also. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2024.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the
