JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Except driving licence, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and according to prosecution case itself; petitioner was driver of the vehicle. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna.
