2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatehpur (Gurpa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 277 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 427, 353, 332, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others are found involved in illegal sand mining and they also have assaulted the police party.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of offence, this court is of the considered opinion that petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail in the present case.

5. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10002 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
