JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 7.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 38260 of 2015. Petitioner no. 2 was granted bail in Cr. Misc. no. 38260 of 2015 vide order dated 7.10.2015 with a condition that court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner no. 2 and if petitioner no. 2 did not have any criminal antecedent, then only his bail bond was to be accepted. The present application has been filed stating that petitioner no. 2 has got one criminal case against him for which his bail bond has not been accepted by the court below. Hence, the order dated 7.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 38260 of 2015 be modified to that extent. I find no reason to modify the order dated 7.10.2015 as in para-3 of the petition it has categorically been stated that petitioner no. 2 has no criminal antecedent. The present application stands rejected.
