JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-10-2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

In the order dated 18.05.2021, on account of typographical error, the case number has been wrongly mentioned as C.W.J.C. no. 581 of 2021 instead of M.J.C. no. 581 of 2021, which has further resulted in incorrect depiction of

Patna High Court MJC No.581 of 2021(3) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 the memo of parties. Thus, the present petition has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned", to correct the said typographical error.

Having regard to the typographical error, which has crept in the order dated 18.05.2021, it is directed that the case number, mentioned in the said order dated 18.05.2021, be read as M.J.C. no. 581 of 2021 and accordingly, the memo of parties shall also stand amended, details whereof is being depicted in the present order itself.

Accordingly, the time granted to the petitioner to comply with the order dated 13.10.2015, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 9929 of 2013, is extended by a further period of eight weeks from today.

The order dated 18.05.2021 stands amended to the aforesaid extent.
