The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 326, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that direct allegation of assault by dagger is upon Anant Mahto @ Gandu Mahto whereas the petitioner and co-accused Nandan Mahton had allegedly pointed pistol upon the informant but admittedly they never fired any shot. Nandan Mahton has already been granted bail vide Annexure 3. Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Raj Kumar Mahton is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees
