The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 18.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54281 of 2024, to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No.403C of 2022, pending in the court of learned SDJM, Supaul, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
