JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel for the complainant.

The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Tr. No. 498/2019 arising out of Forest Case No. 29 of 2016 for offences under Sections 7, 27 and 50 of the Wild Life Protection Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in killing of tiger inside forest.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no eye-witness to such incident, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
