Patna High Court CWJC No.17214 of 2017(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/3 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to cancel the recognition of Maa Sita Sunder College of Education, Dhanhara, Sitamarhi for four year B.A., B.Sc.

B.Ed Integrated Programme from the academic Sessions 2017-18 on the ground that No Objection Certificate has been issued by the respondent University on 21.07.2015 i.e. after the cut off date i.e. 15.07.2015 and there is no infrastructure of the aforesaid Institution for imparting the said course rather for the purposes of recognition, in the inspection report the building of the said Institution has been shown by the team of National Council of Teachers Education to the building of Dashrath Prasad Singh Institute of Teachers Education, Prahaladpur, Mushahari, Muzaffarpur by affixing the banner of Maa Sita Sunder College of Education, Dhanhara, Sitamahri.

(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to make a detail enquiry and to take suitable action against the erring officers,

(III) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/ directions for which the writ petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
